56. Traveling 5 hours south of Siem Reap, I reached the capital of Cambodia, Phnom Penh. Slightly more developed than the prior city, but here it feels like the Wild West where everyone is trying to make a buck or two and instead of horses motos and tuktuks are dying to provide you transportation. The only serenity I found in this city was at the National Palace.
