32. Despite the acrid smell, I am eating stinky tofu for the first time. I've been meaning (but not really wanting) to try it for five months now. Hmmm..what is it? Like seventy percent of what we perceive as taste actually comes from our sense of smell. I'm sure you can guess that I didn't love what I was ingesting.
